Since I’ve already wrote my very positive review of Hans’s great company Highpeaks expeditions I would like to add a few more information about myself.
My name is Nelya Dubrovich and I’m 80 years old. I live in Los Angeles which is really far away from the East Africa but I traveled alone to Tanzania arranging my safari trip with Hans Kitundu. I’ve never was in subSahara Africa before and of course I was a little nervous about such a trip but Hans assured me that they would take a good care of me and after numerous questions which he promptly answered I felt fine.
All I can tell that they indeed provided everything I needed, were very helpful in every ways and arrange the great safari expedition which would always stays in my memory.

I would like to share with everybody my very positive experience with the High-Peaks Company. I travelled alone and
since I never was in subSahara Africa before I was a little nervous about the whole affair. But Hans assured me that they would take care of me all the way and he was right. They provided me with several excellent guides/drivers who had a very good knowledge of animals in the National Parks we we visited. They showed me animals which they spotted and I didn’t manage to see myself. They stopped at places whenever I wanted to linger a bit longer and they were very kind and supportive.
Hans found wonderful lodge, hotel, and tents for me to stay in great locations. And when I had some misadventures with connected flights they never abandoned me always finding a solution to fix it.
I want especially to thank his wonderful secretary Lisa Fernandez without whose support I would be totally lost.
Again, I strongly recommend Hans Company to everyone who would like to take such a wonderful adventure in
Tanzania.

We invited 8 young ladies (youngest 15 year) to climb Kilimanjaro and the Lengai combined with seeing wildlife in the National Parks in Tanzania. We also did some bike riding in Moshi and Mto wa Mhu, and visiting Massai villages. We ask High Peaks to organize our adventure and they did an excellent job with a professional climbing team (guides, cook, porters etc.), with friendly and professional chauffeurs/guides during the safaris. We experienced a very flexible and reliable organisation to meet our needs and requirements, excellent lodges and this all for reasonable prices. Every one make it to the Top of Kilimanjaro and had an “One’s in a life time experience” we will never forget this special adventure :).
We highly recommend Hans and his High Peak crew to organize your Kilimanjaro-Lengai adventure as well to see the fantastic wildlife of Tanzania.

i traveled for two weeks through Tanzania. We climbed the Kilimanjaro with the help in organisation of this company. we had such an amazing experience, this is something i will never forget. After we climbed the Kilimanjaro we did the next week of safari also organised by high peaks. This was beautiful, we have seen so many amazing animals in such a pretty environment. it was a amazing experience we will never forget.

On our trip to Kilimanjaro we have visited different parks and places. All were beautiful and above all the guides that made us know every detail.

High Peaks are very good in providing an excellent travelling and mountain hiking services. I have been to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro with High peaks expeditions, guides are really professionals. Also i had enjoyed the safari tour with a great drive guide. High Peaks! great company!.

Everything was perfect from planning all with email , to a pick up from the airport , and the actual climb to Kili . Very experienced guides and porters , great choice of accommodation before and after the climb and friendly staff . Definitely recommend them for your climb to Kilimanjaro !!

My daughter and I spent nearly two weeks in February on a safari to the northern parks of Tanzania, organized by High Peaks Explorations. The trip, under the guidance of David Bygott, was one of the best things we’ve ever done. The two guide-drivers from High Peaks were gracious, organized and knowledgeable about all manner of wildlife. The accommodations were ideal: not too large, very comfortable, and beautifully suited to their natural locations. Owner Hans Kitundu was a valuable contact before, during, and after the trip, promptly answering questions and arranging additional travel. I wish we could do it all over again.
