Itinerary

Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha.

Meals and overnight at Hotel/Lodge in Arusha (HB)

After breakfast, depart for South Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation
Area. You will have time to stop at the Ngorongoro Crater “viewpoint”. You will continue to
Southern Serengeti National Park. Have an afternoon game drive in the park, and then stop
at the picnic site for lunch. Home to the enormous migratory herds during the green season
(Dec to Apr). This area consists of the world-famous Serengeti plains. These nutrient-rich plains are home to the enormous migratory herds of wildebeest and zebra during the green
season. Wildlife viewing is spectacular as over two million animals will be spread across the
open plains. In addition to the large migratory herds, predators (lions, cheetahs, and hyenas)
are abundant. This is the Serengeti at its finest!

Dinner and overnight at Hotel/Camp/Lodge (FB)

Breakfast and depart for game viewing with a collection packed lunch of A safari in the
Southern Serengeti is all about seeing the Great Migration in action on daily game drives,
whether it’s baby wildebeest being born and taking their first steps on the lush green plains
in the early months of the year, or watching the vast herds on the move as they track their
course northwards towards the Masai Mara. The Southern Serengeti is one of the places
where you can see the full circle of the Great Migration: the herds returning to graze in
December with the start of the green season, the birth of the babies in January and February,
and the departure of the herds as the grass starts to dry at the end of the rains.

After breakfast collects a packed lunch and departs for migration viewing in the Ndutu
conservation area, Option Olduvai Museum, the Ndutu Region is part of the Ngorongoro
Conservation Area and stretches to the southern Serengeti. You will expect to see when the
great migration reaches here with its 2 million animals to give birth to their calves and
thousands of animals are born daily between the end of December and the beginning of
March. This also attracts many predators like lions and hyenas! Picnic lunch will be provided
on an afternoon at the picnic site in the reserve,

Dinner and overnight at Camp/Lodge

Early breakfast and depart to explore Nutu, Sightings of six species of cats – leopard, lion,
cheetah, caracal, African wildcat, and a serval – are a big highlight of visiting the Ndutu
Region. You can spot the cats throughout the year, but the best viewing is during the calving
months of January and February when these predators pick on the fledgling baby animals.
Picnic lunch will be provided on an afternoon at the picnic site in the reserve,

Dinner and overnight at Camp/Lodge

You wake up early this morning and have breakfast then drive for a full day Crater tour arrive
at Ngorongoro and descend to the Crater for a game drive, home to almost every wildlife
native to East Africa, including the rare black rhinoceros. The crater has the highest
concentration of wildlife on the planet. It features a river, several swamps, and a soda lake
that looks like steam from above, full of flamingos, forest, and open plains. The large bull
elephants living here have extremely large fangs due to the rich mineral content of the
volcanic soil and grasses. Picnic lunch inside the park then proceed with a game drive on the
way to Karatu for overnight

Day 7 :
Departure

After breakfast, option Mto wa Mbu for a cultural tour. Or drive to Arusha at your hotel Mto
Wa Mbu Village has a very active cultural program that seeks to show visitors the traditional
way of life of the villagers through various activities and also a range of community projects
that are in place. You can visit top spots in the area, taste Tanzanian foods and experience
authentic cultural interaction. Lunch at the local restaurants then drive to Arusha and drop
off at your hotel.
